Program Shortcut Fix
Syncing
Go down to Start > type in “School” and go to Access work or school
"Connected by" Drop down menu > Info >
Scroll down to and press “Sync”
Once this is finished syncing, RESTART your computer.
Recreating Shortcuts
If the shortcut is still on your taskbar and showing these icons - , select it and it will prompt you to remove, select Yes
Once removed, go to Start and search for the program you want pinned to your taskbar (Outlook or Teams)
Open the application, then right-click on your taskbar and select Pin to Taskbar to re-pin your application.
Repeat this for Chrome and any other applications that are having this issue. If issues persist, please reach out to the Service Desk.
