Overview
The Standard Request Form is used to submit requests for new organizational standards. Before submitting a request, users must first verify that an approved standard does not already exist in the Standard Directory on Confluence.

Before You Submit a Request
Before creating a new standard request:
- Open the Standard FAQ / Directory.
- Search the existing approved standards in Confluence.
- Confirm that the requested standard does not already exist.
- If no approved version exists, proceed with the submission form.
How to Submit a New Standard Request
- Open the Standard Request Form.
- Complete all required fields.
- Provide detailed information about the proposed standard.
- Submit the form for review and approval.

- Use clear and descriptive naming conventions.
- Include the business purpose and scope of the standard.
- Attach supporting documentation when applicable.
