Maestro Mobile App Download & Trust Steps

Maestro mobile app can be downloaded from the following link;

Ensure phone OS Software Update is complete to the latest version if issues come up

Android

On Android devices, ensure the users have a passcode to unlock their phone. if they do not, they can use the below steps to set this up. 

1. Find and tap Settings > Lock screen & security > Screen lock > PIN.
2. Enter a screen lock PIN (at least 4 digits), then tap NEXT.
3. Re-enter the PIN, then tap CONFIRM.
4. Select an option for how you want notifications to be shown, then tap DONE

iPhone

To trust Ladder Now LLC on an iPhone, follow the below steps

1. Open the Settings app
2. General
3. VPN & Device Management
4. select Ladder Now, LLC
5. Trust "Ladder Now, LLC"
6. Trust

Do not uninstall and reinstall Maestro if jobs are pending that have not been fully uploaded. If uninstalled, that information is lost.
