This guide goes over how to access the Seeker Dashboard report for Seekers on your mobile device. Please read this guide thoroughly, and if you have any questions feel free to reach out to the IT Service Desk using the methods listed at the bottom of this page.
Download the Power BI Application on your phone
For iPhone Users:
- Open the App Store if using iPhone
Open the Play Store if using Android
- Select the search option and search for "Microsoft Power Bi" or just "Power Bi"
- Find the app named "Microsoft Power BI" that matches the below icon, you may have to scroll past a different advertised app, otherwise it will be the first result.
Select "Get" if using iPhone or "Install" if using Android
iPhone;
Android; - Once the download is complete, find the app on your home screen and tap to open
- If you already have Teams and/or Outlook installed, you will be prompted to sign in with your @seeknow.com account. Select Sign in on this page.
- If you do not have Teams or Outlook on your phone, you will need to sign in using the same login information as your email or Teams account with the @seeknow.com email address.
- If you are unsure of your password, please contact the IT Service Desk to request your password to be reset.

- Once signed in, select "Next" or "Let's go!" on the prompts, and choose to "Allow" or "No, Thanks!" for notifications. We recommend leaving notifications on, but they can be turned off now or any time if you do not want them.
- Once you reach the homepage, you can select "Workspaces" in the bottom of the screen
- From here, select the "Internal Reporting" option
- Here you can select "The Seeker Dashboard"
- Here you will find your Seeker Dashboard information, with the explanations for each field listed below.
Metric Explanation:
- Last year: last 365 days
- Inspector Name: Your name
- Jobs: Number of jobs you performed in the last year
- Cycle Times:
- Scheduled Start to 1st Photo > Recommended range should be in */-18 minutes
- % shows you the percent you are within that range
- Last Photo to Report Created > Recommended range should be 0 to 30 minutes
- % shows you the percent you are within that range
- Chart of cycle times by month for the last year
- Shows jobs and line graphs of both cycle times
- Scheduled Start to 1st Photo > Recommended range should be in */-18 minutes
- Payroll Year Over Year > this is how much, in percentage, more or less you made year over year which is based off claim data
- Jobs/Working Day: Average of how many jobs you work per day
- Distance in Mile: Miles you traveled in the last year
- Time Across the US: Your miles divided by the number of approximate miles from the east to west coast
- Average Miles/Job: Miles driven divided by the number of jobs you have worked in the last year
- Days Since Last Worked: Today minus the last date you worked
- QA Score: This information is taken from the QA review form
- Same Day Pickups are when the Job Create Date is the same as the Scheduled Start Date
- Field Created Pickups comes from a field named Field Created in the Jobs Maestro table (no manipulation of the calculation is being done)
- Pick-ups Worked: Number of jobs you accepted outside of scheduled jobs
- % Accepted > Pickups accepted divided by pickups offered
- Inspector Driven Cancels: Where job status = cancel and is considered internal, within our control
- % Cancel Rate: Cancels divided by the total number of jobs
- Accounts: Number of unique carriers you have done jobs for
- Local Availability %: Days you were available to work Local jobs divided by the number of days in the period
- CAT Availability %: Days you were available to work CAT jobs divided by the number of days in the period
- States Covered: Specific states you have worked in
- Jobs by Job Type: Number and percentage of job types you have worked in the last year
- Capabilities: Capabilities you have received and month and year you received
