If you are unable to successfully sign into your Office 365 account due to an MFA method being prompted that does not work, please contact the helpdesk!
If you are able to to sign in, but need to change to a new phone number or app, follow this guide:
- Open this link to view your account information in Microsoft
- Select My Account > Security info on the left-hand side.
- From here, you can manage your MFA methods by either adding, changing or deleting the phone number listed, or the Microsoft Authenticator can be added or deleted from your listed sign-in methods.
