The following guide can be used to troubleshoot audio issues on your Windows computer with Five9, Teams or other apps!
General Audio Troubleshooting
- Select the speaker icon by the clock in your taskbar
- Ensure that the speaker does not have an x by it, if it does select the x'd speaker to un-mute
- Select the sliders on the right-side of the same window
- Ensure that the correct output device is selected, such as your headset, wireless headphones or if speaker.
- Scroll down, and ensure no app is muted or has it's sound turned down
