Reporting a Lost or Stolen Device

If a Seek Now asset has been lost or stolen, please report this to the Service Desk immediately via a Support Ticket, emailing ITSupport@seeknow.com or calling the IT Support Line at  866-482-8777.

Information to include: 

• Your Name and Email
• The device that has been lost or stolen
• What happened to the device to the best of your knowledge
• Any other information that may be relevant, please do not leave any details out as they can all be important!
