Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Click File (top‑left corner).
- Select Settings
- Select Automatic Replies
- Choose Turn on automatic replies.
- (Optional) Check Only send during this time range, then set your start and end dates.
- In the message box, fill in your automatic reply message
- (Optional) select the slider for "Send replies Outside My Organization" if you want external senders to get a reply as well
- Select Save
Your Outlook automatic replies have been set!
Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Click your profile picture (top‑right corner).
- Select Set status message.
- Click Schedule out of office (at the bottom).
- Turn on Automatic replies.
- Type your out of office message.
- Check Send replies only during a time period, then set your start and end date/time.
- Click Save.
Your Teams automatic replies have been set!
