The following guide is for if you are having issues signing into Salesforce. if these steps do not help, please reach out to the Help Desk!
- Ensure you are using the correct link
- The link for Salesforce may have changed since you last bookmarked it, ensure you are using the following link: https://seeknow.my.salesforce.com/

- Select Log in with SN_AzureAD
- Do NOT use a username or password here, the SN_AzureAD option will sign you in using Single Sign On instead.

- Once the SN_AzureAD button is selected, this will open a page to sign in with your Microsoft Credentials. These are the same you would use in Outlook or Teams.
- Ensure you are using your @seeknow.com alias while signing in here
- If you do not know your Microsoft password, reach out to the Help Desk to get this reset!
- If you're certain the credentials you're entering are correct but it is still not working, try Clearing Cache in Chrome
