Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for regaining access to monday.com when Seek Now uses Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO). If you cannot sign in to monday.com, you will typically need to reset or verify your Microsoft 365 account first.
When to Use This
- You are locked out of monday.com
- You use your Seek Now Microsoft account to sign in
- Your Microsoft password expired or was recently changed
- You cannot access other Microsoft services like Outlook or Teams
Option 1: Sign In to monday.com with Microsoft SSO
- Go to the monday.com sign-in page:
https://monday.com/login - Click Continue with SSO
- Enter your Seek Now email address
- Select Microsoft if prompted
- Enter your Microsoft 365 password
- Complete multi-factor authentication if required
- After successful sign-in, you should be redirected into monday.com
Option 2: Reset Your Microsoft 365 Password
If you cannot sign in to monday.com, reset your Microsoft password first.
- Go to the Microsoft 365 sign-in page:
https://portal.office.com - Enter your Seek Now email address and click Next
- Click Forgot my password
- Select I forgot my password, then click Next
- Enter the characters shown and click Next
- Choose a verification method:
- Text message
- Authenticator app
- Complete the verification step
- Enter your new password and confirm it
- Click Finish
- Wait a few minutes for the password to sync
- Return to monday.com and try signing in again with SSO
Option 3: Try a Clean Browser Login
- Open a private or incognito browser window
- Go to:
https://monday.com/login - Click Continue with SSO
- Enter your Seek Now email address
- Sign in with your updated Microsoft credentials
Troubleshooting
I reset my Microsoft password, but monday.com still will not open
Wait a few minutes and try again. Password changes may take time to sync.
I can sign in to Microsoft apps, but not monday.com
Your monday.com account may need to be reconnected or reactivated.
I am getting an access denied or account not found message
Your monday.com access may not be assigned correctly.
The SSO sign-in page keeps looping or failing
Clear your browser cache or try a private/incognito window.
