Lattice Login Issues

Login Instructions

1. Navigate to the Lattice login page at https://seeknow.latticehq.com/ 
2. Click on the “Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID” button to initiate the SSO process.
3. Enter your corporate email address that matches your Azure AD/Entra ID registration (e.g., user@seeknow.com).
4. Complete any multi-factor authentication steps as prompted by Microsoft Entra ID.
5. Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to your Lattice dashboard.

Troubleshooting login issues

If you experience difficulties logging in, please verify the following:

• Ensure you are using the correct login URL - https://seeknow.latticehq.com/ 
• Clear your browser cache or try using a different browser to rule out local issues.
